Updated all lighting fixtures, demolished their tile floors and restored the concrete, painted the doors and walls, remodeled bathrooms, upgraded plumbing fixtures, remodeled the employee kitchen with all new millwork and quartz countertop, replaced acoustic ceiling tiles, repaired and upgraded HVAC system.
