This beautiful, 8000 sq. ft. open layout office space needed assistance restoring the space back to its original condition after their tenant vacated. We demolished a large framed wall and repaired the drywall, prepped and painted all of the walls and doors, repaired the concrete floors, installed carpet squares, ran the electrical, installed the lighting, retrieved the furniture from storage, staged and inspected all furniture, disposed of all trash and administered a deep cleaning.
